Will I be able to apply for JoSSA with 73 percentile in JEE Mains paper-2 B.Arch? My SC category rank is 4000.

No, but You can try for Other Pvt colleges & if you had 80 - 85 percentile then you may have Chances of getting B.Arch. Hope it helped.
