Will I be able to apply for M.Sc in agriculture at Visva Bharati University because my B.Sc is from a private university (UGC approved)?
I have completed it with 75%.

Yes, surely you can apply for M.Sc in the desired subject in the University. Since your university is UGC approved, so it does not matter whether it is government or private .
