Will I be able to do engineering in USA after diploma? Can I apply for freshman or transfer?
I am studying diploma in engineering from MSBTE.

Its hard to say whether you can still try and see if you can get some exemption or direct entry in last year of engineering program. You also might need to clear one of the mandate English test like TOEFL or GRE.
