Will I be able to get a good job & future if I pursue Masters in electrical engineering in Canada rather than in India?

Canada is a great place for engineers and it also provides PR, so don't worry. You will get fruitful result after the successfully completion of MS in electrical engineering. All the best.

Sir, my basic aim is to go to Canada & earn more money so as to turn the situation of my family here in India. Will I be able to do that if I go to Canada?

It depends, if you can get admission in IITs then do it in India, if not, you can do in Canada according to your interest.
