Hi,
You won't get immediately after graduating. You must find a relevant job first and actually perform well, have good career growth. After a couple of years, i.e. 5-8 years you can apply for PR. It also depends on the market demand, you should be aware of labour shortage and professions in deman

Stay back option is post study work option. After you get a job and if your employer is interested in you, you can extend your visa. Learn the difference between stay backs and PR first.
