Will I be able to get admission? I got 41 in JEE Mains 2017 and belong to OBC-NCL.My cutoff is 49 and will get 440/500 in CBSE board exam.

Unfortunately, no if you are a non-Trichy or Thanjavur resident. If you have completed your 10th and 12th in either of the two previously mentioned districts you have a good chance to secure an admission (preferred stream may not be available though).
