Will I be able to get admission in a top college in USA?

I've no work experience but I want to study in USA and I want to do MBA from a top university, not from a low-grade university.

Yes, This is not a required criteria. But, it is definitely good to have a work experience. It shows maturity, skill, thought process, research mindset, amongst others. For an MBA in USA or for that matter anywhere (outside India), a minimum of 5 years of work experience is required. On top of that, a good GMAT score is necessary.
