Will I be able to get admission in a top college in USA?
I've no work experience but I want to study in USA and I want to do MBA from a top university, not from a low-grade university.

Yes,
This is not a required criteria. But, it is definitely good to have a work experience. It shows maturity, skill, thought process, research mindset, amongst others. Needless to say, relevant work experience is better than irrelevant. But, some is better than none. Just work on remaining constraints.

For an MBA in USA or for that matter anywhere (outside India), a minimum of 5 years of work experience is required. On top of that, a good GMAT score is necessary.
