Hi dear,Eligibility criteria for admission to M.Tech. /M. Plan. Programmes in general at NITs will be 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OB/OM, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST candidates in the qualifying degree. For Physically Disabled candidates, the eligibility criterion will apply to the category they belong to (OC/OB/OM/SC/ST). The candidate must have a valid GATE score as well. Eligibility Criteria for admission to M.Tech/MDes Programme at IITs will be minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or First Class in the qualifying degree or AMIE/AMIETE considered as equivalent and a valid GATE score.
