Will i be able to get enrolled in good universities like NUS for my PhD in civil?

Dear Ajay, Having a look at the description that you have given about your profile. I think admission to NUS should not be difficult for you. The minimum entry requirement for admission as an M.Engineering candidate is a good Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. Second, upper honors degree of NUS and equivalent is normally required for admission with research scholarship and second-lower honors of NUS and equivalent for admission on self-financed basis. For Ph.D admission, the same minimum entry requirement is applied and a Master's degree is an advantage but not mandatory. The maximum period of candidature is 5 years for Ph.D and 3 years for M.Engineering. The requirements and rules are the same for full-time and part-time candidates. Successful applications are normally admitted in two intakes a year, i.e. January intake and August intake. For deserving students attractive scholarship is also available. I hope this helps.
