Will I be able to get into NMKRV College For Women for M.Sc in Organic Chemistry if I had a back in the 2nd year which isn't yet cleared?

I just got a paper to clear in my second year and I wrote its exam but our university results will be published only by October or November. Will I be able to get an admission for M.Sc as I had a paperback in my second year which is still not clear?
