Will I be able to get PR in Australia on the basis of my 3 years of experience in marketing field or after getting a job there?

How much time will it take to get PR there? Do I need to give IELTS, PTE exams as well to get PR even after being experienced?

Dear Sahal, The minimum required experience to qualify is 4 to 5 years and PR depends also if the profession you are experienced in is on the SOL, your age also matters as there are points for age. Yes you will have to take your general IELTS and score as high as possible to get maximum points.
