Will I be able to give both exams together in 2019? I got 95 marks in JEE, 68% in boards (GSEB) and 78 percentile in 2018.

Yes, if you take a drop this year then you can give both your improvement exam as well as JEE exam again the next year. Since this year, you have qualified for the advance but you can't give it because you don't have 75% in boards. I would personally recommend you to take a drop as this board percen
