Will I be able to practice law in India if I pursue law from Singapore?
I am a CA student. I completed B.Com. I am confused between MBA and Law.

The Bar Council of India recognizes degrees from certain colleges outside India. For a full list of these degrees, and the relevant notification, click on the link below-

Indian Legal system is mainly based on IPC -Indian Penal Code and CRPC-Criminal Procedures code. Offenses and Punishments, View of judiciary systems on different aspects etc. are different from the course you have studied. Each countries following their own Procedures. So it is hard to get registrat
