Will I be able to study abroad?

I have scored 70% in my 10th and 49% in my 12th. My percentage in graduation is in the excess of 60%. But I have a year gap in between my 12th and my graduation as I had discontinued my first degree after just a semester due to personal reasons. Would I be able to get an admission in UK?
