Will I be able to take admission in VIT with my NATA exam score only?

VIT B.Arch Admission 2018 will be done on the basis of the NATA exam. The architecture course would be of 5 years at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore Campus only. National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA is a national level examination to select the candidates for admission to the B.Arch programme in top institutes in India. Application form for VIT B.Arch Admission 2018 is expected to make available online from the second week of April 2018. The candidates who get good marks in NATA will be shortlisted for Interview and would be called for the group discussion which may hold at the end of June 2018 only at VIT campus.Eligibility Criteria: Age: The candidate must be born on or after 1st July 1996.Academic Qualification: The candidate must have acquired 60% marks in 10+2scheme of Senior School Examination or any other equivalent examination in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry with Mathematics as the primary subject at the 10+2 level. Qualifying Exam: NATA score is mandatory for the admission in VIT B.Arch.

Your NATA score out of 200 will be converted into marks out of 100 and your 12th marks will be added to it which will give you your final merit score. Anything above 130 will get you into a very good college (private) and a score above 150 is required if you want admission in a government college.
