After completion of your BPT course plus Internship, you can write Dr. prefix before your name, but after completion of your name you should mention PT. All the best.

This tittle of doctor being used by BPT professionals is quite a topic of controversy, but considering the rules available till now a doctor degree is not given to BPT students after passing. BPT students are labeled as therapists not doctors. All the best.
