Will I be considered as a graduate?
I did my diploma after completing my 12th. Kindly guide me further accordingly.

Hi
Diploma holder is not equal to a degree holder. You have to take a degree in any subject you interested in, in order to be termed as a graduate. You can pursue degree through distance education.
