Will I be counted as an outsider for MAH-CET. I am staying in Pune for the last 10 years and have done my X, XII & graduation from Pune.

    You can give MAH-CET irrespective if you are a Maharashtra domicile or not. However, for MS admissions which is through DTE you will need to show proof either through your birth certificate/Maharashtra domicile certificate or else you will be considered as All India student.
