Will I be debarred from admission as I submitted UPSEE result in place of 12th marksheet in online counselling?

Will I be able to give UPSEE counselling or debarred or is there anything I could do for it, I have a good rank and need college because of some family problem but only through UPSEE counselling or will i be rejected from UPSEE counselling?
