Will I be deemed eligible for TGT science post in Kendriya Vidyalaya and other central schools after completing B.Ed and qualifying CTET?
I have done B.Sc in biotechnology.

Yes of course. You need to have a Bachelor's degree in the related Science subject along with a B.Ed degree and you also need to qualify the CTET.
