    Eligibility for most of the engineering colleges is 50% in PCM subjects . So you must be eligible to apply to most of the colleges

    you will be eligible to give engineering entrance exams as your aggregate percentage has crossed 60% which is required for giving any engineering entrance exam of national level. As far as state engineering entrance exams are concerned every state has its own criteria but I think50% aggregate is minimum requirement.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
