    Yeah, you are eligible to appear Engineering Entrance Examinations. Majority of colleges accept JEE Mains (Advanced for IITs) score while some of them conduct their own entrance.

    Hello Friend !
    yes you can opt any stream in b.tech.If your marks are good in mains+advance then you will get IIT or NIT if marks are poor you will get state govt. college or ahead your step for private colleges across india.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
