    Hello,
You are definitely eligible for JEE Mains exam.
You must, overall, score good marks to meet the JEE Mains criteria. Students who score more than 75% (65% for SC/ST candidates) are only eligible to appear for the exam.
A good rank in JEE Mains exam can be grabbed by a good score in JEE Mains along with a good percentage in the board exams. There is a criterion that the marks scored in JEE Mains exam is allotted 60% weightage and rest 40% is for board exams.

Yes, you are eligible for IIT-JEE Mains. The minimum eligibility is 50% for JEE Mains. For IIT-JEE Advanced 75% is needed and for reserved seats, it is 65%.
