Hello, You are definitely eligible for JEE Mains exam. You must, overall, score good marks to meet the JEE Mains criteria. Students who score more than 75% (65% for SC/ST candidates) are only eligible to appear for the exam. A good rank in JEE Mains exam can be grabbed by a good score in JEE Mains

Yes, you are eligible for IIT-JEE Mains. The minimum eligibility is 50% for JEE Mains. For IIT-JEE Advanced 75% is needed and for reserved seats, it is 65%.
