Certificate will definitely be useful abroad, but you will not be eligible for Phd.

ACCORDING TO NEW GUIDELINE OF UNIVERSITY GRANT COMESION (U.G.C.) MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IS 55% FOR GENERAL CLASS & 50% O.B.C. , SC, ST IN POST GRADUATE IN RELEVANT SUBJECT BUT PGDBM 2Yr. or 1yr. candidate r not eligible.
