    Yes bidiya you are eligible
    Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam conducted by NTA.

    Hello Bidya,
    Yes, you are eligible to appear for NET Exam. According to the UGC NET eligibility criteria, you should have Masters' degree from UGC approved universities with minimum 55% aggregate marks. As you say you have post graduation degree in History with 60% you are surely apply for the NET exam in History. If you want to apply for NET JRF then make sure your age must not more than 30 years.
