Will I be eligible to get into IIMs or XLRI without a work experience?

I am pursuing B.Com and there is no campus placement.

Yes. As long as you have a minimum 50% marks in graduation and score more than the necessary cut-off of these B-schools, you have a good chance of being eligible for the subsequent admission processes. I hope it helps.

It doesn't matter if you don't have an experience,unless your background scores are good enough and you have enough extra curricular activities on your resume, and well versed with general knowledge, management knowledge and current affairs.

No, you are not eligible for PGDM-GM. Candidates with 5 years of professional experience are allowed to do this course.
