Will I be eligible to get into IIMs or XLRI without a work experience?
I am pursuing B.Com and there is no campus placement.

It doesn't matter if you don't have an experience,unless your background scores are good enough and you have enough extra curricular activities on your resume, and well versed with general knowledge, management knowledge and current affairs. -

As long as you have a minimum 50% marks in graduation and score more than the necessary cut-off of these B-schools, you have a good chance of being eligible for the subsequent admission processes.

Most of the MBA programs offered by the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims) and XLRI, work experience is not mandatory, but it is highly desirable.
