Will I be eligible to pursue electronic technician course under SPP (Canada)?
I have completed my Diploma in ECE with 59% and I had 11 backlogs but cleared all within the duration of my Diploma (2014 to 2017).

Hi Manjit,
59% is ok for SPP. Take your IELTS, if you score an overall band of 6 with module less than 5, you can apply. But, this does not guarantee admission.
