For MBA in government colleges class 10th and 12th marks plays an important role and since your percentage in both is low, it will be difficult for you to get in into central university .You can try for good private colleges.

Yes, you can apply, you have to get 50% in graduation and the admission is done on the basis of entrance of the university known as CUCET, you have to clear this to get the admission.

Hello Pradeep, Yes, you can, but it depends on your result in the UG as well as the central university in which you want to get admission. So, no worries. Just apply for it.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA from central university. The minimum percentage required in graduation for the same is 50 percentage. If you score above then you are eligible to apply.

Any graduate with requisite percentage can apply for MBA after clearing aptitude tests such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA-AIMS, etc., as applicable to the institute of your study. Group Discussion and Personal Interview are normally conducted by the institute.
