Will I be eligible to sit for UGC NET with 50% in my Masters if I am a general candidate?

I am a Chartered Accountant by qualification and had been in service with top corporates for last 7 years. In my Graduation I have scored 63.25%. In my Masters I had scored 50%. will I be eligible for UGC Net? Also is there any alternative route for pursuing PHD in Financial Management and Accounts.
