Will I be eligible to take admission in this college? I have not given the entrance exam for this college and not done well in JEE Mains.

First of all the admission is strictly based on JEE Mains rankings. There is no other examination to enter the college at graduation level. So, if you have are aiming to enter the college it is strictly advised that you go for centralized counseling. If spot round happens you might get a chance.

Well, firstly there is no separate entrance test for this institute since it is a central government funded institute. All admissions to the B.Tech program is purely based on your JEE rank. Further there is 50% home state quota. So if you intend to study CS here and you are from MP then your JEE ran
