Will I be facing any problems in the future if I don't join an NAAC accredited B.Tech college in getting a job and for higher education?

    No college matters but what matters most is your knowledge, your creativity and your depth.
    You won't face any problem in future if you have above mentioned qualities in you.

    Colleges must have approval of AICTE and universities must have UGC approval. Other things doesn't matter.

    In my opinion is that no any issue NAAC accredited B.Tech college in getting job and if you done you Bachelor's through NAAC accredited college so you get chance in future and it is helps for you.

    NAAC accreditation is not mandatory. The university should be approved by UGC and should have good placements. That is what matters most.
