Will I be facing any problems while getting a job?

I want to do regular D.El.Ed (2017-19) and want to pursue B.Sc in physics (Hons.) 2017-20 from NSOU, WB at the same time? Will I be eligible for upper primary in WB? Will there be any problem for other Govt. jobs?
