Will I be getting MBBS seat anywhere in India? My open rank is 392690 and OBC rank is 166896.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges, though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario.
