Will I be getting my GD-PI center in Kapur or can I get my center in other cities as well?

GD PI process for the MBA programme at IIT Kanpur takes place only at the Kanpur campus and no where else. -
We were planning to conduct in other cities but for now, it is only in Kanpur.
