    ACCA is similar to CA which is established in the UK and ACCA is acceptable to most countries and slightly easier than CA. ACCA is a bright career option that brings you to the best of accounting. Its exam structure is more comfortable than CA. An ACCA holder doesn't have any right of signature, but accounting Firms like E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte & MNCs prefer ACCA holders on CA. ACCA adapts to changes of the environment very fast. The pass percentage of ACCA is comparatively higher than CA and ACCA is very expensive. As a B.Com graduate, you will get exempted from F1-F4. So, you can start ACCA with F5.
