Will I be permitted to appear in the MHT CET exam if I report late due to unavoidable circumstances?

Candidates should report to MHT CET exam centre as per the mentioned time on admit card. Ideally, they should report to exam centre at least one hour prior to start of exam. The first shift of exam starts at 9 am and second shift starts at 2 pm. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam if the arrive after the exam starts.
