This will depend on the shortlisting criteria each company lays down. A lot of companies place it at 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation. However, the criterion keep changing every year. Will you be placed in an MNC is a difficult question to answer. But, I can assure you that you will get a fair chanc

Sorry. You will not be selected in the MNC's as the requirement is atleast 80 % marks in your 10+2+3.

You may have a disadvantage with your low score but that is not sure as the requirements vary according to companies. There is no reason to lose your hope.
