Yes, there is a special course for mobile applications in B.Tech. along with your general CSE, you will be a knowing it by your 2nd or 3rd year of your B.Tech.

no, i dnt think ny btech course curriculum includes this. but u can learn ut urself. prerequistes is java. u need to learn java before that. then u can go for android for andoid mobile app design.
