    Dear,
    There is no issue as such even many students appear for NEET exam with their last year's 12th score. As per the instructions mentioned by NEET guidelines, students can apply with last year results.
    So don't worry about it and concentrate on your preparations.

    You not need to worry. During admission, you can specify the reason to the college. You will surely get admission.

    During the exams, there will be no problem but during the admission procedure, you can tell them about it and they will correct it or otherwise, it will make a problem for you.
