Will I face any problem during placements? I have scored in class 10th: 81%, 12th: 57% and BE: 59% with 32 months of experience in PSU.

Not really
You can justify yourself in the interview that why you have low scores. You should carry a genuine and acceptable reason for that. -
Dear Vinay, frankly speaking it might affect a bit during your placements as companies do look at your past academic scores while shortlisting and selection. -
You will face issues for few companies but for the rest its fine.So dont worry about it.
