Will I face any problem during placements? I want to pursue MBA in marketing.

If you do MBA Marketing from any of the top 50 B-Schools in India, your basic graduation degree will not not put you in any disadvantage or handicap. You will face no challenge in placement if you perform well in studies and campus placement selection process.

You will face few challenges because you can not get shortlisted in top companies for campus placement because of your low marks.
