Will I face any problem in appearing for UPSC or bank exam due to the gap of few years in my HSC education?

I opted for science stream in 2015, but couldn't score good marks in class 12th (49%). I am planning to repeat my class 11th and 12th in arts stream.

No, you won't face any problem in that but there are chances that your chances for appearing for the test will reduce that is in UPSC for the general candidate there are 5 chances to apply in that your 2 chances might be reduced.

No, you will not face any problem as long as you fulfill the age criteria. You can check the UPSC official website for age limit and verify whether you will be eligible to appear for the exam when you complete your graduation.
