Shall not be problem, but interviewer may ask you about your scores, You Should find valid reason and Can show Internship opportunities as reason why you got low scores.

No. Not unless you're planning to do your MBA from IIM or any other private university, that requires you to have a certain presentage in your final year of graduation.
