Will I get a call from the university? I got 87% in 10th, 83% in 12th, 89% in graduation and 28.42 percentile in CAT.

No, it is only due to your CAT percentile. Improve and try for IIMs.

6 years agoYou have very less chance of getting call. Or, probably I can say there is no chance.
