My 10th and 12th score is 70% and 64% respectively. Graduation score is 78% and my CAT percentile is 77 also I am a SC category student.

Yes Jaideep, there is a good chance of getting a call from Welingkar if you looking up for PGDM courses. -
For MS, you have to give MH-CET. For PGDM courses, there will be a GDPI round where they will evaluate you and your CV and basis that, they will decide whether they can select you. Category benefit is only for MS courses. To get into MS, you have to give MH-CET.
