Will I get a CSE seat in VIT with rank, 6500?

I have written VITEEE exam in 2022 and got a rank of 6500. Due to some circumstances I have missed out the phase 1, 2 and 3 of counselling. I have applied for p4 in which I won't get CSE in Vellore, will the management give me CSE?

    Without writing 10 paragraph I just want to say that if you want CSE in first category in Vellore than your rank must be below 5900 then u definitely got CSE. And if you are doing your best then you definitely got good ranks in CSE
