Will I get a direct job in banks without giving bank exam pre-mains and interview after completing post graduation?
My B.Com graduation is completed, suggest me which course should I do after B.Com for getting direct jobs in a bank? Should I do a PG Diploma in banking? Will giving bank exams be compulsory?
