<p>Yes, VELS University does provide a refund in case of withdrawal of admission. However, the refund is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. Listed below are the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the university:</p><ul><li>If students apply for cancellation prior to the commencement of classes, then they are entitled to a refund of the tuition fees. In such a case, registration and admission fees are not refundable.</li><li>If a student discontinues in the middle of a course, he/she shall be required to pay the tuition fee for the remaining period of the programme.</li></ul>
