No. You cant get a free seat in SRM. At a rank of 3k you may get CSE with no scholarship. Also the scholarship changes by the ranks. So, if you get a rank below 800 you can get a scholarship but no free seat. For this 3k rank you may not get CSE but you can get CSE with specalizations and remaining
