Yes, you can get a call from Welingkar, as they consider an overall score of your GD PI, past academic records and also your percentile. Being a fresher or having work experience doesn't really matter that much.

Sudhanshu, your academic records are good & there is a good chance of getting a call from Welingkar. You will even get whatever specialization you want to take.

For PGDM, you will have a GD-PI process. You will be evaluated on the basis of your previous academic record, work experience if any, your entrance exam score and last but not the least your GD-PI performance which matters the most. So, start preparing for it. Best Luck. You have good entrance e
